Lynn D. Jablonowski, O.D.
1988 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where she received the highest clinical excellence awards both in Primary Care and Pediatric Optometry. She completed a pediatric residency at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia and served as a part time clinical faculty member. Lynn returned to her hometown of Pittsburgh in 1990 and purchased her great grandparent's O'Hara Twp homestead where she lives with her husband Mark, and their daughter Anna, who attends Fox Chapel High School.
She enjoys bicycling the trails around Pittsburgh, traveling with her family, gardening, music, and art. She also likes to help out with her daughter's robotics team though CMU and attends Faith United Methodist Church in Fox Chapel where she is an active member.
Lynn has been an optometrist with Pearle Vision in the Waterworks shopping center and the Pittsburgh Mills Mall for the last ten years. She is thrilled to open her new private optometric office in Aspinwall. It has been a life long dream that is now realized.
Prior Store Manager and Optician of Pearle Vision at the Waterworks shopping center in Fox Chapel, and Pittsburgh Mills Mall. He truly enjoys working with people, helping them to see the world!
He and his wife Renee love music, dogs, and video games. He is a musician, and tries to learn as many genres and instruments as he can find.
Gaven looks forward to seeing patients he's met in this area in the past, and he can't wait to help new ones!
Diana has worked the last nine years here in Aspinwall with Dr. John W. Zelazowski, on Commercial Ave. Since his retirement last year, she was working at an Ophthalmologist office part time.
She has 4 children and 3 grandchildren and enjoys spending time with them. She's passionate about cooking, and loves helping patients find their style.
Diana is so happy to be back in Aspinwall and looks forward to seeing you all soon.
